Who runs this site
Agent Infra Index is an independent research directory curated by Brett Sanders. This notice describes the current website and Agent Infra Weekly newsletter. Listed providers and linked websites operate their own services and have their own data practices.
Newsletter subscriptions
The signup form is supplied by Beehiiv. When you subscribe, Beehiiv receives your email address and processes subscription status and associated signup information. Newsletter reporting can include delivery, opens and link clicks. We use subscription information to deliver the newsletter, manage preferences and understand readership. Public research downloads do not require an email address.
You can unsubscribe using a link in a newsletter email. Beehiiv processes subscriber information for publishers as described in its privacy policy; this publication determines how its subscriber information is used. Our public pages and build reports do not expose individual subscriber records.
Submissions and sponsor inquiries
Provider suggestions collect the service name, website, category, optional pricing URL, optional contact email and any notes you submit. Sponsor inquiries collect company, contact email, selected offering and optional website and message. The application also records submission time, an approximate country when supplied by Cloudflare, and a limited browser user-agent string.
These records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for reviewing submissions, handling inquiries and responding where appropriate. They are not automatically published as directory entries. Records currently have no automatic deletion timer. Private working copies or operational records may also be retained for follow-up; do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details or other sensitive information.
Attribution and browser storage
The site uses sessionStorage to carry a small set of campaign labels between pages. It reuses those labels for up to 30 minutes and normally clears with the tab’s browsing session. The labels identify channels such as X, a direct message or a newsletter, plus an optional campaign and the signup page. They do not contain an email address or a visitor ID generated by our code.
When the Beehiiv form loads, we pass allowlisted campaign information and the page path with its query string removed. Private reporting separates known channels from unknown attribution and counts subscription records rather than treating clicks as subscribers. The Beehiiv embed and external links may use their own storage or tracking under their respective practices.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare delivers the site, handles requests and supplies security protections. Its processing can include IP addresses, request metadata and security logs even though our inquiry records do not add a separate IP-address field. Beehiiv supplies newsletter forms and delivery. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Beehiiv’s policy for their own processing. Our site code does not add a separate paid analytics service.
Questions and requests
Use the routes on our contact page to ask about your information or request a correction or removal. Do not include private subscriber details in a public social reply; ask for a private follow-up channel first. Some requests need enough information to establish which record belongs to you. This page describes present practices and will be updated when the site’s data handling changes.
